Three Guarantees Principle

Motorcycles that pass the inspection according to technical standards shall have quality defects caused by manufacturing, packaging, storage and transportation during the warranty period after leaving the factory, which affect their appearance, integrity, and performance. If the responsibility belongs to our company, our company shall be responsible (products that are tested or discounted are not within the warranty scope).

The three guarantees mainly focus on adjustment and repair, with replacement of new parts as a supplement. The assembly cannot be replaced if a single part can be replaced in the three guarantees. The vehicles after three guarantees should meet the relevant technical requirements of our company.

Three Guarantees Period

One year or 10000 kilometers after purchasing a car is considered a warranty period.

Scope of Three Guarantees

1. During the warranty period, if the vehicle malfunctions due to product manufacturing and assembly quality, which affects its use, a two-year 10000km warranty will be granted.

2. The following components are subject to three guarantees within one year or 6000 kilometers: speedometer flexible shaft, tachometer flexible shaft, and battery.

3. The following components do not fall within the scope of the three guarantees: fuses (tubes), standard fasteners, brake shoes (plates) (normal wear), inner and outer tires (normal wear), stickers (except for the three guarantees caused by the attached components), oil filter elements, air filter elements, lubricating oil (grease), etc.
